Friday evening and Saturday moves are the sweet spot: the old site is empty, the new site is quiet, and IT has Sunday to test everything before staff arrive.
Label by desk, not by room
Give every desk a number at the new site and put the same number on every crate, monitor and chair. Unloading becomes a delivery run rather than a puzzle.

Access, lifts and loading bays
Business parks and town-centre offices usually need a loading bay booking and out-of-hours building access. Confirm both in writing and share the contact number for the building manager.
